This demonstration-only class will teach students how to create nutritious and delicious items for entertaining at the holidays. Appetizer: Mini Crab Cakes and Sage Citrus Sauce. Entree: Ginger Miso-glazed fish with Sweet Pea Guacamole and Shitake Tamari Bok Choy. Dessert: Almond Cookies. Instructions for purchasing ingredients, preparing, and creative plating will be provided alons with written recipes. Instructor: classically trained chef and caterer Anna Toole.
