new chapter of the Eagle Sea Cadets is being launched in our area and
we‘d like to support these kids by getting together a group of FFC members to attend their Inaugural Fundraiser:
It’s great weather to get together for a PGIslanders raft-up. Instead of Sunset Lake, Cruise Captain Mark Janus has selected Yellow Tail Lagoon. We’ll get together this Saturday, April 5 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Dave & Debbie Porter’s sailboat, Wind Swept, will serve as anchor boat. Mark Janus & Jeanette Grey will be there on Mark’s Key West center console, Surface Tension, too.
Wind Swept and Surface Tension will be in place by 2:45 pm and will have fenders ready. Plan on arriving then or later. Bring your own beverages and an appetizer or dessert to share.
If you haven’t done a raft-up before, or it’s been a while, just make sure you have lines and fenders for at least one side of your vessel. We’ll have people on hand to assist in coming alongside and securing your boat.
Come join the fun!
