Come and experience the “Joyful Movement”. This class is great for anyone who can benefit from the support of a chair during exercise. “Chair-a-Cise” centers around strengthening, coordination, mobility and cognitive health. This 50-minute class includes exercises from yoga, Tai Chi, aerobics, and strength training set to uplifting music. Classes will be held on Wednesdays, starting July 17 at $12 per class. Instructor Lisa Schneck. Participants can pay as they attend at the PGICA office: 2001 Shreve Street, Punta Gorda. 941-637-1655. All PGICA classes are open to the public.
