Newcomers Bike Ride

Meet at Babcock Webb Nature Park off of Tuckers Grade.  Parking is $6.  It’s an easy 5 miles in and 5 miles out. 

The Babcock Webb Wildlife Management Area in Florida features a scenic bicycle trail that winds through diverse ecosystems. Cyclists can explore the natural beauty of the area, encountering wetlands, pine flatwoods, and oak hammocks along the way. The trail offers a unique opportunity to observe wildlife such as birds, reptiles, and various plant species. It’s a haven for nature enthusiasts seeking an immersive biking experience.

Riders hereby acknowledge that: Participation in the Newcomers Bike Ride is voluntary and at your own risk. You understand and agree that the organizers, coordinators, and any associated individuals or entities shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of my participation in the event.

You acknowledge that cycling involves inherent risks, and you are solely responsible for my own safety and well-being. I agree to abide by all safety guidelines, rules, and instructions provided by the organizers and exercise caution while participating in the Newcomers Bike Ride.

You hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the organizers, coordinators, and any affiliated individuals or entities from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, actions, or causes of action, whether in law or in equity, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Newcomers Bike Ride.

You understand that this Hold Harmless Agreement is a binding legal document and that I am giving up certain legal rights by signing it. You have read and fully understand the terms of this agreement, and you voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.

PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE STATED TERMS
