Seafarers General Meeting 6/25/2024 - Movie Night with Pizza and Popcorn

Regatta Kick off event showing the movie: Ghost Ship

Calling all Seafarers! Please join us on June 25th for a movie night. Pizza and popcorn will be provided, BYOBeverage of Choice.

We are using this General Meeting/Movie night to kick-off the buzz about the 2024 Regatta. For those who are new to the Seafarers group, the Regatta is our major event that occurs in November each year. The Regatta is held at Burnt Store Marina and is a 3-day event (November 8-10) with boat slips available for overnight stay; since the event is close by, this is another all Seafarers event so everyone is invited to come on out and enjoy the festivities. Additional details about the Regatta will be coming!!!

This year's Vice Commodore who is in charge of the Regatta, Ron Olsen, has chosen the theme for this year's Regatta celebration: Ghost Ship. To to inspire everyone to start thinking about their costumes and get involved we will be showing the Ghost Ship movie.

ABOUT THE MOVIE: A salvage crew discovers a long-lost 1962 passenger ship floating lifeless in a remote region of the Bering Sea, and soon notices its long-dead inhabitants may still be on board.

Hope to see you there!
