This class is a safe and playful alignment-based Yoga practice that incorporates both mind and body. Instructor Linda Haverlock will guide you through a Yoga Flow class designed for beginners as well as intermediate level students. Yoga’s many health benefits include increased flexibility plus balance and core strength. Yoga can help improve the quality of your life by reducing anxiety and stress levels. We use breath work, gentle restorative postures, and Yogic philosophy to inspire a happy and healthful lifestyle. Questions? Contact Linda at lmhaverlock@gmail.com Register on website PGICA.org. In-person students will register and pay for first class online and then pay-as-you-go at the PGICA office, located at 2001 Shreve, Punta Gorda. All PGICA classes are open to the public.
