First Course: Seasonal Salad Topped with Sun-Dried Cherries, Goat Cheese Crumbles and Candied Walnuts, with Citrus Vinaigrette, served with House-Baked Rolls & Butter

1) Roast Prime of Beef with Au Jus and Fresh Horseradish at Table, Duchess Potatoes and Chef’s Selection Seasonal Fresh Vegetables
2) Roast Cornish Duck a la Orange, Wild rice and Chef’s Selection Seasonal Fresh Vegetables
3) Shrimp scampi, Garlic Butter Risotto and Chef’s Selection Seasonal Fresh Vegetables
Dessert: Creme Brulé Garnished with whipped cream and Fresh Berries in Season
$65 per person, $75 per non-Seafarer Guest, checks payable to PGI Seafarers.
Sign up at PGICA.ORG then go to Seafarer’s calendar but the final count will be November 30th when your check has been received.
Please include entrée choices with your check, and who gets what! (If ordering prime rib, please specify medium rare, medium, well done or end cut.)

All tables will be round, seating 8. If you wish to reserve a table for 8, please place all checks in the same envelope with all the names included, along with each menu choice, identifying by first and last name who gets what dish.
