Community Input on the 2040 Comprehensive Plan, Thursday, January 14, 3:00-4:00 p.m.

Join City Manager Greg Murray and Chief Planner Mitchell Austin at a Zoom meeting for an overview of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan as the City prepares to implement new Land Development Regulations (LDR's) and Form Based Codes (FBC). These changes are part of the Citywide Master Plan created with citizen input via a Charette process in Spring 2018. Your comments and questions will be handled through the chat process on Zoom. For an overview of the first draft of the plan go to http://www.ci.punta-gorda.fl.us/government/comprehensive-plan. This is part of a series of meetings with stakeholders and citizens on the upcoming changes and we hope PGICA will be well represented at this important meeting.
