The Art of a Traditional French Dinner classes take place on Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Cost is $50 per person, per class.
January 9 – Salade Lyonnaise with poached egg in red wine
February 13 - Poulet a la Creme
March 13 - Tarte aux asperges
April 10 - Profiteroles
Classes will start together and finish at home, (not before tasting in class!) Students will be advised of what bowls, pans etc. to bring. Maximum of 8 students per class.
