About this event
We invite you to come to our kickoff event of our Diamond Jubilee Anniversary as we celebrate 60 years of service to our community. We have partnered with the Punta Gorda History Center who will present the history of Punta Gorda Isles from its inception to the thriving community that we are today!
Thursday, May 28 from 2 to 4 PM.
Free for PGICA members. $5 for non-members.
Guest speakers Paula McQueen and Theresa Murtha.
Paula was employed by PGI, Inc. for 28 years. Including the very early years during the development of Punta Gorda Isles.
She was a Member of the Board of Directors, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and President of PGI Inc.
Theresa Murtha is Director of the Punta Gorda History Center, local historian and Sun Columnist of Now and Then.
