Join your fellow Castaways on Saturday, May 9th at Ponce Park as we fire up the Caja China and get the guest of honor roasting low and slow. Our cooking crew will be on-site starting at 10:00 AM, and you’re welcome to swing by anytime throughout the day to soak it all in.
We expect the feast to be ready between 3:00 and 4:00 PM, and trust us, it will be worth the wait.
The club will be providing the music, the pig, and a chicken dish. Members are asked to bring:
- An appetizer or side dish if your last name begins with A – M
- A dessert if your last name begins with N – Z
