and Game Night
5:00 - 9:00 in the PGICA Auditorium on Monday 30 March
Join us in the PGICA Auditorium to taste and judge the best chili recipe.
Participate in the cook-off or simply show up for food and good times. You will be asked during the registration process about participating in the contest and/or bringing other food.
This is a BYOB Event
If you wish to enter the competition, make enough chili to feed 10 people and choose from the following categories: Hot, Mild, or Other. 'Other' means you are using an unusual or nontraditional ingredient.
There is a limit of 5 chilis per category, so don't wait too long to enter. Please note which kind of chili you will be entering when you register. Prizes will be awarded for the best chili in each category. Judging starts at 5:15.
The Club will provide cornbread, chips, and condiments. If you are NOT entering the competition, please bring a dish to share according to your last name or contact the host for suggestions:
A-F Dessert
G-M a salad or side dish
N-Z an appetizer that will feed 12
There will be plenty of games available, but feel free to bring your favorite.
You will be asked to answer some questions when you register.
