About this event
Friday March 13 10 a.m.to noon. $50 per class per person. All proceeds benefit the PGICA! March – Tarte aux asperges. Dessert course: April - Profiteroles. Classes will start together and finished at home, (not before tasting in class!) Students will be advised of what bowls, pans etc. to bring. (Max. 8 students). Advance registration required. Students can register online at PGICA.org or at the PGICA office: 2001 Shreve Street, Punta Gorda, 941-637-1655. All PGICA classes are open to the public.
