    Join us for an evening of cheer at the beautiful Charlotte Harbor Yacht Club




Date:  December 14, 2025, 5:00 p.m.

Location:  Charlotte Harbor Yacht Club, 4400 Lister Street, Port Charlotte 33952

Cost:  $55.00 per person - Non-Refundable.  

           Cash or Checks Only.  Please make checks payable to Friends, Fun & Community.
           In addition to Registering using the Register Now button at the bottom of the screen, you must follow
           the link provided and complete the Reservation Form with payment and dinner choices.  
           
           Payment and Registration forms will be collected at the August, September, October and November
   Membership Meetings  by any FF&C Board Member, or you may drop Reservation Forms and payments
           off at PGICA.  NO RESERVATIONS CAN BE TAKEN AFTER DECEMBER 1ST.  
          
Important Seating Information: 

Tables will seat six people only, per venue guidelines.  No exceptions.
If you would like to sit with friends, all payments and Reservation Forms must be submitted together.

Suggested Attire:  

Dressy Cocktail/Festive Holiday Attire is suggested.  Jackets and ties are not necessary for men.  Please no shorts or t-shirts.  


Evening Schedule:

5:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.:  Check-in & Complimentary Professional Portraits by Gayle Bieluch.  Appetizers including Crab Cakes,
Bruschetta Crostini, and Dill Shrimp in a Phyllo Cup.  

6:15 p.m.:  Rolls & Garden Salad

6:30 p.m.:  Dinner is Served!  (See attached form for menu choices)

Two cash bars will be available.

Entertainment:

DJ George Roger will be spinning tunes and getting everyone dancing!
