We are excited to welcome the Charlotte Harbor Environmental Center to share the fascinating world of
Vertical Oyster Gardening (VOG).
Dinner
Newcomers will be providing dinner, featuring
Caesar salad, spaghetti, with meatballs on the side, creamy chicken pasta and garlic bread.
The PGICA will be providing the ice cream with all the toppings,
a prize the Newcomers earned at the PGICA Member Reception for signing up the most new members

VOG is a grassroots, community driven effort that not only restores declining oyster populations but also brings new life to our coastal waters.
Did you know that just one oyster can filter up to 50 gallons of water a day?
Removing pollutants, sediment and excess algae,
oysters act like tiny natural water purifiers, helping our Harbor and Canals stay cleaner and clearer.
