About this event
Chair-a-Cise Class: Wednesdays, 9 to 10 am. $10 per class.. Looking for a gentle way to stay active, and could benefit from the support of a chair during exercise? This class is perfect for all fitness levels. The routines help improve flexibility and balance. It also targets muscle groups for toning and strengthening and promotes blood flow and circulation. Reduces stress and anxiety. Instructor Cathy Wetzelberger. Participants will register and pay as they attend at the PGICA office: 2001 Shreve Street, Punta Gorda. 941-637-1655. All PGICA classes are open to the public, walk-ins welcome.
