About this event
This class is great for anyone who can benefit from the support of a chair during exercise. “Chair-a-Cise” centers around, strengthening, coordination, mobility and cognitive health. This class includes exercises from yoga, Tai Chi, aerobics, and strength training. Instructor Leez Moncada, leezmoncada6@hotmail.com. Participants will register and pay as they attend at the PGICA office: 2001 Shreve Street, Punta Gorda. 941-637-1655. All PGICA classes are open to the public, walk-ins are welcome.
