The Practical Application of Robert's Rules of Order
The Practical Application of Robert’s Rules of Order: Tuesdays, January 14 to February 18. 9 a.m. to noon. $40 for the 6-week course. Do you ever sit in a meeting and wonder what is going on? Do sessions seem to drone on endlessly? Have you felt bullied by the proceedings? This six-week class will demonstrate how following Robert's Rules of Order can produce fairer and more efficient meetings while protecting the rights of all to be heard. It is offered by the award-winning Charlotte County Parliamentarians Unit and is open to the public. Instructor: Joyce Gleason. Advance registration required. Students can register online at PGICA.org or at PGICA office: 2001 Shreve Street, Punta Gorda. 941-637-1655. All PGICA classes are open to the public. Registration closes on Friday, January 10, 2025.
