About this event
Tai Chi Double Fan: Wednesdays, February 14 through April 3. 10 to 11 a.m. $20 per class. In this class students will learn the basic Tai Chi moves while using the right and left fan. Students will improve balance and focus and relieve stress and stiffness. The object is to have fun while healing. Instructor: Mary Curtis. Students can register online at PGICA.org or at PGICA office: 2001 Shreve Street, Punta Gorda. 941-637-1655. Students can also register and pay as they attend. All PGICA classes are open to the public.
