We meet at PGICA and then travel to the History Park. Bring any camera, but your phone camera is recommended. Instructor Jim has been teaching and photographing for over 40 years. Jim has an engaging and supportive way of teaching, offering visual examples tailored to each photographer. No experience is needed. Advance registration required. This class is great for anyone who can benefit from the support of a chair during exercise. “Chair-a-Cise” centers around, strengthening, coordination, mobility and cognitive health. This class includes exercises from yoga, Tai Chi, aerobics, and strength training. Instructor Leez Moncada, leezmoncada6@hotmail.com.
