IN STITCHES ~ KNITTING GROUP

Those of you at the Civic Association on Wednesday mornings are probably wondering about the rowdy group in the back room. Twelve ladies decided two weeks ago to get together every Wednesday morning, 9 a.m. until noon in an informal setting to share knitting patterns, needles, books, expertise, and chit chat. We are a fun bunch, and have various levels of knitting experience: some are learning to cast on; others are zipping through “challenging” patterns.

Stop by and check us out! Our group is full right now, but you may like to start your own group and do the same. We are thinking of knitting blanket squares for charity and have patterns to share if you are interested. Happy knitting!
